The Women of Africa Range is a sculptural collection celebrating the strength, dignity, and heritage of Southern African women, depicted in traditional headgear and tribal attire. Many of these cultural garments are no longer commonly seen, yet through clay artistry they are preserved for future generations. Inspired by the Nguni philosophy “Umuntu ngumuntu ngabantu”—“I am because we are”—each piece embodies the African values of community, unity, and shared humanity.
